At THE CURATED, we strive for timeless perfection in every piece, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are unworn, in original condition, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective dust bags and shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
